Ms Hansen's big assembly and certificate.

 Today I was away from Room 5 because I was at a big graduation ceremony to get a special certificate.  I became a teacher 14 years ago but for the past three years I have been studying to gain a Post Graduate Diploma in Education in Teaching and Learning.  It was a special day for me as I have worked very hard and also both my parents were on stage as part of the ceremony too as they work for the university.  I am continuing on to complete a thesis and hopefully get my Masters in Education over the next few years.  I had to wear a special hat and robe and had to march down the street with all the other people getting certificates.  It was a great day!  I am sure you had fun with Mrs Glasson while I was away.
